Mi padre preguntó: ¿ eres gay ?.
Yo pregunté, ¿ importa?.
Dijo: no, no realmente.
Le dije que sí, lo era.
Y dijo: !fuera de mi vida!.
Creo que sí importaba.
Mi jefe preguntó: ¿eres gay?.
Yo pregunté, ¿importa?.
El dijo: no, realmemte no.
Yo le dije: sí, lo soy.
Me dijo: estás despedido.
Creo que sí importaba.
Mi amigo preguntó: ¿eres gay?.
Yo dije: ¿importa?.
Dijo: no, en verdad no.
Dije: sí.
Me dijo: no me llames tu amigo.
Creo que sí importaba.
Mi pareja preguntó: ¿me amas?.
Le pregunté: ¿importa?.
Me dijo: sí.
Le dije: sí, te amo.
Y dijo: déjame abrazarte.
Por primera vez en mi vida, algo importaba.
Diós me preguntó: ¿te quieres?.
Le dije: ¿importa?:
El dijo: SI.
Y dije: ¿cómo puedo quererme si soy gay?.
El dijo: así es como te hice.
Desde entonces nada volvió a importar.

I think it really mattered.
My boyfriend ask me…do you love me?
I said…does it matter?
He said YES
I told him: Yes I do love you!
Then he added: Let me hug you!
For the first time in my life…something really mattered!
God ask me…Do you love yourself?
I said…does it matter?
He said: YES
Then I replied: How can I love myself if I’m gay?
He said: That’s the way I created you.
Since then nothing matters again.
