The Last of Us star Bella Ramsey has opened up about their struggles with newfound fame.

But with skyrocketing fame also comes the pitfalls of the spotlight, which is something the 19-year-old actor knows all too well.

Since their fame skyrocketed, the genderfluid star has cultivated a devoted LGBTQ+ following, who Ramsey has affectionally dubbed their “gay army”.

After it was pointed out how Ramsey has almost turned down The Last of Us role due to the fear of public attention, the actor was asked how they’re now dealing with the fallout of overnight fame.

“It’s been a mixture of things,” Ramsey replied. “I keep thinking that I’ve adjusted, and then something new will happen and I’ll have realised I’m not adjusted at all.

Sense8 star has publicly spoken about his sexuality for the first time and revealed that he didn’t come out as gay to his family until he was 30.

The 38-year-old actor, with a career starring in the radically pansexual, orgy-filled show, Smith said he felt “terrified” growing up in the US state.

Smith described how growing up in the suburbs snarled him, as he struggled to find his place in the world.

Los hombres que violaban esas reglas eran considerados definitivamente gays, y los que si eran gay declarados y se arreglaban las cejas o el pelo, se exponian a que los discrimanaran.
